Promaster Articulating Smartphone Arm and Clamp

A strong and flexible way to attach your phone to a flat edge or round object.  The ProMaster Articulating Arm & Clamp for Phone lets you attach a phone to a flat edge, such as a shelf or table, or to a round object like a tripod leg or light stand column. Four soft pads on the arm’s clamp provide grip and protect surfaces, and two of those pads swivel for greater versatility. The phone clamp’s spring-loaded jaws open to 3.2”, wide enough to hold most smartphones even with a case installed.  Both sides of the phone clamp have integrated cold shoes for conveniently mounting accessories with cold feet, such as a light or microphone. ¼”-20 threaded ports on the base and back of the clamp provide two ways of attaching the phone clamp to the articulating arm. (Note that when the port on the clamp’s base is used, one of the cold shoes becomes unavailable.) The clamp is crafted from machined aluminum, with soft pads in the center and on both ends of the clamp to provide a firm grip and prevent scuffs and scratches. The clamp arm’s jaw adjustment uses a repositionable knob. A single additional knob makes the arm quick and easy to use. Simply loosen the knob and both the arm joint and ball head will loosen; tighten the knob and both will lock in place. Using the articulating arm and ball head, almost any mounting angle can be achieved.
