Striking vintage top from the 1980s by Neil Bieff. This rare beauty features both black embroidery and sequin embellishments throughout the color-blocked purple and white silk gazar. Dramatic silhouette with pointed bust, nipped waist, and a peplum- which boasts an asymmetric, off-set bottom with both rounded and jagged sides. Boning through the bodice for bustier structure. Lower back side with hook and snap closure. Fully lined in silk. A beautiful, statement making piece.

Condition: Excellent over all condition. Slight yellowing to the inner lining that is not visible when worn. Some slight stressing to the silk gazar near the upper back and hooks that goes unnoticed due to the nature of the fabric (looks like striations in person).
